More than 600 companies around the world take advantage of Visual Next's advanced ERP, PLM, supply chain management, warehouse optimization and business intelligence software.

The Business Development Director acts as the first point of contact for inquiries from potential customers. The objectives of the role are:

  • To enhance the positioning of Visual in enterprise sales
  • To assist in growing Visual’s pipeline of opportunities
  • To close enterprise business contracts

Activities include:

  • Direct professional sales activities focused on enterprise accounts
  • Represent Visual at meetings with prospects and existing customers
  • Represent Visual throughout the sales cycle with prospects:
    • Prospecting from website visitors, leads from various market intelligence
    • Opening up new opportunities
    • Responding to Request for Information, Request for Quotation, Request for Proposal.
    • Directing and participating the demo activities
    • Managing sales cycle
    • Assisting with the negotiation process and deal closure
    • Assisting with on-going customer account management

What we are looking for:

  • Proven history of success selling B2B products and services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written),
  • Highly Self-Motivated and Goal Oriented
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Capacity in initiating business contact and engaging the follow-up activities
  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills
  • Minimum 5 years in B2B Sales. Software Solution Sales Experience highly sought after.
  • Bachelor degree or MS in business domain
  • Proficiency with various software applications

Experience in an apparel or footwear environment, knowledge of ERP/PLM software, and knowledge of SQL Server and IT structure are very strong assets.
