In addition to replacing its legacy business system, the Montreal-based firm has expanded use of the new information technology to about 60 team members and independent sales representatives. Following a three month implementation and training period, the company reports significant improvements in order entry and fulfillment, financial controls and reporting, and overall operational efficiency.
